Activated carbon filter media
Filtura® Carbon
Filtura® Carbon is a filter media with activated carbon embedded in two or more layers of needle-punched nonwoven fabrics or needle-punched nonwovens combined with one or more meltblown or spunbond nonwoven layers. Our activated carbon filter media not only traps solid particles, but also odors, harmful gases, and other contaminants. The fabrics are optimized for cabin air and HVAC filter systems.
✓ Amount of carbon can be varied to achieve specific gas adsorption efficiencies
✓ Other types of adsorbent compounds can also be chosen to target the specific capture of certain particles
✓ Available in common grammage between e.g. 245 g/m and 1000 g/m
