Filtura® Support 3D mats are designed for use as structured packing media or biofilm support in bioscrubbers and biotrickling filters. The fabrics create an ideal environment for the establishment and growth of microorganisms. The compression resistant matrixes provide a big specific surface area. And their design guarantees high flow rates for outstanding odor control.

Filtura® Support spunbond nonwovens add stiffness as well as dimensional and thermal stability to every filter medium including media with activated carbon. Suitable for all pleated filters our spunbond nonwovens contribute to improved filtration efficiency and extended lifetime of the finished filter elements.

FIltura® Support wetlaid nonwovens form exceptionally uniform webs. Further features are the exactly defined pore size and high porosity. These wetlaid nonwovens are perfect as a support for different filter media technologies, such as PTFE membranes, electrospinning (nanofibers) and microglass.

Filtura® Support drylaid nonwovens provide excellent filtration efficiency due to their dense and consistent fiber structure, which captures a wide range of particle sizes. We offer our customers drylaid nonwovens untreated or with different treatments e. g. antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antistatic-coated or flame-retardant.
